Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your AIIR purchase or it arrives damaged, simply return the unused portion and we will gladly issue a refund or exchange. For return orders, please note that shipping charges plus a 20% handling fee will be non-refundable.

Please note all returns must be handled and repackaged with care. When packing your return, use shipping materials to protect the product from extreme damage and to avoid additional charges (e.g., bubble wrap, shipping paper, foam peanuts).

Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number at customerservice@aiirprofessional.com to obtain your order information.

When you ship back to us, use the carrier of your choice and please include a copy of your invoice along with the product(s). Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address, and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. AIIR Professional is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges plus a 20% handling fee.

We may only process returns/refunds on products purchased directly through aiirprofessional.com. If you purchased your AIIR Professional product from another retailer, please visit their website or store for their return policy.
