Domestic Shipping (United States)

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During peak periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), order processing may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Method: Domestic Flat Rate Shipping (USPS)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after shipment

  • Shipping Cost: $7.00 flat rate

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather disruptions, and high-volume periods may impact shipping timelines.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking information will typically update within 24 hours.


International Shipping

If a delay occurs, we will notify you promptly by email or telephone.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6–14 business days after shipment

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

AIIR Professional is not responsible for any customs fees, VAT, brokerage fees, or delays caused by customs inspections.


Damages, Lost Packages, and Claims

We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, once the package leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

  • We also kindly request you notify us within 5 business days of receiving a damaged item by emailing us at contact@aiirprofessional.com.

AIIR Professional is not liable for lost packages or damage occurring during transit.
We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service for any returns.
